| Note:
You may have rights and remedies under certain statutes
in relation to goods supplied by Laserfit Clothing. This
warranty is in addition to any rights and remedies available
to you under statute. Laserfit Clothing hereby warrants
that Laserfit Clothing products sold hereunder shall be
free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship
for a period of five (5) years from the date of original
purchase of products. This warranty extends only to the
original owner purchaser and is not transferable.
Once Laserfit Clothing accepts a defect the following
will take effect:
Year One (1)
Laserfit Clothing will replace defective material. If
replaced, Laserfit Clothing will replace it with similar
quality first grade product. This replaced product will
be warranted for a further five (5) years. If repaired,
the product is warranted for the time then remaining
under the original purchase warranty.
Year Two (2)
Laserfit Clothing will replace/repair defective product
and will replace/alter out grown product with new product
at an 60% discount to the current retail price for an
equivalent product.
Year Three (3)
Laserfit Clothing will replace/repair defective product
and will replace/alter out grown product with new product
at a 40% discount to the current retail price for an
equivalent product.
Year Four (4)
Laserfit Clothing will replace/repair defective product
and will replace/alter out grown product with new product
at a 20% discount to the current retail price for an
equivalent product.
Year Five (5)
Laserfit Clothing will replace/repair defective product
and will replace/alter out grown product with new product
at a 10% discount to the current retail price for an
equivalent product.
EXCLUSIONS
Except as otherwise required by law, this warranty shall
not apply to :
1. Laserfit Clothing products sold as irregulars, seconds
or sold without warranty.
2. Dissatisfaction due to improper maintenance.
3. Products damaged due to burns, cuts, tears, or abrasions.
4. Difference in colour between samples or photographs
and the actual material.
CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES IMPLIED WARRANTIES
AND CONDITIONS
Except and unless otherwise required by law, Laserfit
Clothing. excludes and will not pay consequential or
incidental damages under this warranty The liability
of Laserfit Clothing for a breach of warranty or condition
that cannot by law be excluded, is limited at Laserfit
Clothing’s option to replacing the goods, or obtaining
equivalent goods or having the goods repaired or paying
the cost of repairing or replacing the goods.
